The English re-translated title actually fits the tune pretty well! Another semi-mystery track from the from the Around the World [Вокруг Света] series, issue 3 [3 Серия], side D-5637 [Д-5637], issued 1959, pressed on Aprelevka Factory "Torch" imprint label...basically pirated from foreign releases. The series is known to have retitled or mistitled tracks, attribution errors, dubbing problems, poor vinyl...but it's strangely interesting to hear the combination of Western pop hits and Eastern Bloc "favorites" interspersed. Many of the Eastern Bloc tracks heard in this series are taken from radio recordings, denoted by country of origin. Tracking them down is challenging, since some pieces have no corresponding performance of any sort on their respective country's record label. For medleys, the titles given were often anonymized, though the tunes were well-known enough to be identified in most cases.
This claims to be from Poland [Польша], though I can't help but wonder if it was originally a GDR recording broadcast over Polish radio, then "licensed" from the Polish broadcaster to appear on Soviet vinyl. The track itself doesn't appear on 78rpm, though who knows when it was first recorded? The dance band "orchestra" is only credited "оркестр", and the composer credit is "А. Колла" for Alois "Alo" Koll. I have no idea what the original German title is [the Russian translations aren't always exact]...
