Hey Gems! Happy day of thanks to everyone! Here's a video of what I'm thankful for in my hair growth journey while documenting what I've learned and how it will continue to help me reach my goals. Hopefully this contains some gems you can use as well. Let me know in the comments what made your day special. I'll go first; Spending it with my family and having a crockpot. I was able to start ribs at 8:00 pm, sleep by 10 and ready to eat by 5 am, lol. Just kidding, but it was the easiest TG meal I've ever done.
