I've been using Dr. Bronner's Castile Soap every 3 to 4 to clarify my natural hair for over a year, and I like this product. Not only is Dr. Bronner's Castile Soap safe to use as a shampoo but I also use it as a body wash and to clean my kitchen countertops.

I like Dr. Bronner's 18-n-1 Hemp Peppermint Pure Castile Soap because it's concentrated and made with organic coconut oil, organic olive oil, organic hemp oil, and organic jojoba oil. I believe because Dr. Bronner's 18-n-1 Hemp Peppermint Pure Castile Soap is made with organic oils it helps to eliminate stripping the hair of its natural oils so much. But after I use Dr. Bronner's 18-n-1 Hemp Peppermint Pure Castile Soap I proceed with a moisturizing shampoo to add moisture back into my natural hair.
