'I'm So Sorry': Chadwick Mobley Offers Apology At Sentencing

Chadwick Mobley pleaded no contest to murdering Andrea Eilber, who was bound to a chair and shot to death in a relative's basement. Mobley wasn’t named as a potential suspect in the case until 10 years later, when evidence was retested and DNA linked him to the scene.
