Now I want to show you the Apollo searching result that my clients gave me. This is the Apollo searching result where it is showing total 15.5 thousand total data although at the bottom side you will see 15476 data it is already showing. And my clients wanted to export all the email address of all the contacts that are already showing on the Apollo searching result.

But there is a mistake that most of the people do. That is the point I wanted to explain in that video. If you go to or If you notice on the left side, you will see 1 important option, Email Status.

So, just here notice that there is no email status my client selected. So, this is the mistake they have done. So, what you have to do if you want to get only the email address from the Apollo searching result you have to select the email status then you have to choose this option email status option So when you see I am just selecting the email status likely to engage this data is reduced a lot so we have found only 1.5 thousand data so all the people that has this 1.5 must have the email address.

After that I also select the verified status, then you see data is increased. You can also select the unverified status here. So these 3 options will help you to get only the people that has the email address. Now after getting that you can easily verify this email address using any paid email verifier like millions verifier,ZeroBounce, NeverBounce anything that you prefer.
