Assembling the front Bilstein PSS10 B16 coil over for an MK7 GTI. (rear assembly is self explanatory). Proper tools, torque specs and technique used.
No impact or air tools used.
Torque spec for top strut bolt on the Bilstein PSS10 B16 is 72 Nm/54 ft/lbs. This is based on the measurement of the thread which is M14. For the rear Bilstein PSS10 coilover stut, the torque spec is 25Nm/19 ft/lbs. based on Bilstein install manual torque specs for an M10 thread. If your threads are different size on other Bilstein models then these torque specs are NOT correct for you.
