Trying to make a 12% return by selling simple 1 year expiration puts and calls is fairly easy but make sure you consider the downside. A lot can happen in 1 year! In this video I will go over a couple of examples selling LEAPS (puts and calls) to generate a large up front return that could be re-invested today… or used for anything else. The ultimate double dip! In many ways, I think this is a safer way to enter the market if you have a large influx of money instead of putting it all in at one time buying stocks. Just something to kick around!
