On both pieces score @ 1 1/2 on all 4 sides
1 - card stock 4 3/4 x 12 for inside divider
On long side score @ 6 1/2, 8 & 9 1/2
2 - card stock 1 x 3. On long side score @ 1 1/2

2 - white card stock 4 5/8 x 8 7/8 for top and bottom
