The Crystal Cuckoo (2025) Netflix Review | El Cuco de Cristal

First-year resident doctor, Clara, suffers a fatal heart attack that forces her to undergo a heart transplant. While recovering, she feels the need to meet her donor, which leads her to a small town where she then delves into a place full of secrets, a mystery that extends over twenty years, and a closed-off village where, on the very day of her arrival, a baby disappears in a public park. This stars some actors you might be familiar with, as they’ve been in some fairly recent other Netflix shows. We’ve got Catalina Sopelana, Itziar Ituno, Ivan Massague, and Tomas del Estal. And just like the synopsis said, we follow Clara, a young woman who decides she wants to meet the donor’s family of the heart she received.
