राजस्थान के होने वाले उप-मुख्यमंत्री डॉ. प्रेमचंद बैरवा एससी समाज से आते हैं। वे मौजमाबाद तहसील के श्रीनिवास पुरम के रहने वाले हैं और दलित परिवार से ताल्लुक रखते हैं। बैरवा ने विधानसभा चुनाव 2023 में भारतीय जनता पार्टी के प्रत्याशी के तौर पर एससी सीट दूदू से चुनाव लड़ा और विधायक बन गए। 54 साल के प्रेमचंद बैरवा शैक्षिक योग्यता में डॉक्टरेट हैं। पहले उनका पेशा खेती और व्यापार रहा है।
