Hello kababayans! Welcome to our channel! For our first video we will show you our own version of Beef Pata.
Beef Pata is an Ilonggo dish of beef hocks, skin and meat. It is similar to nilagang baka but with a thicker consistency and a more sour taste on it.
This dish may take a long time to cook but it's worth the wait. Definitely a comfort food especially in a cold and rainy weather.
