KANPUR DUGDHALAY 64 yrs old restaurant | Mere bachpan ka fav | Hidden Gem | Indian Street Food

Kanpur Dugdhalaya is my childhood favourite place when it comes to pure veg maharashtrian snacks whenever I am in Dadar East. It serves delicious food from 64 years at Dadar. Though they have very limited dishes on their menu, it is popular among the localites since so many years because of its commendable quality and consistent taste.

Kanpur Dugdhalaya is really famous for their authentic Maharshtrian snacks like Sabudana vada, Kothimbir Vadi, Batata Vada, Kharvas and Piyush. Also, their sweets like Shrikhand Vadi, Dudhi Vadi, Pista Pedha, Gulab Halwa and other packed savoury munchies like Chakli, Wafers, Chivda etc. are a must try. Recently they have started serving Dhokla, Patra and Khandvi which are equally delicious. This has been one of my most favourite place for snacks. It is one of the oldest restaurant at dadar. The restaurant is small and they do not have lots of variety in their menu but their food is really tasty and really fresh as well. They have limited items on their menu but each one of them is always made to perfection. Highly recommend to visit this restaurant if you love Maharashtrian snacks and then let me know how was your experience.
