केरळच्या तिरुवनंतपुरम ग्रामीण क्षेत्रातील वेणजारमूडू पोलीस स्टेशनमध्ये एका महिलेसह तिच्या दुसऱ्या पतीविरुद्ध UAPA म्हणजेच बेकायदेशीर कारवाया (प्रतिबंध) कायद्या अंतर्गत गुन्हा दाखल करण्यात आला आहे. आरोप आहे की दोघांनी मिळून आपल्या १५ वर्षीय मुलाला ISIS मध्ये सामील करण्याचा प्रयत्न केला. हा प्रकार तेव्हा उघडकीस आला, जेव्हा महिलेने आपल्या मुलाने धाकट्या बहिणीशी छेडछाड केल्याची तक्रार नोंदवली. चौकशीदरम्यान मुलान सांगितल की ही तक्रार बदला घेण्यासाठी करण्यात आली होती, कारण तो आई- सावत्र वडिलांचे घर सोडून आपल्या सख्ख्या वडिलांकडे राहायला गेला होता.



A case has been registered under the UAPA — the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act — against a woman and her second husband at the Venjaramoodu Police Station in the rural area of Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. They are accused of attempting to recruit her 15-year-old son into ISIS. The matter came to light when the woman filed a complaint alleging that her son had harassed his younger sister. During the investigation, the boy revealed that the complaint had been filed as an act of revenge because he had left his mother and stepfather’s house to go live with his biological father.
