The UK is facing challenges no party can solve alone. Key to the UK’s success will be unleashing the untapped potential of the voluntary sector.
This online hustings gives you the opportunity to hear from the main political parties about their vision for civil society and respond to questions from charities.
The event is hosted by multi award winning broadcast journalist, Sameena Ali-Khan and features Lilian Greenwood (Labour’s Shadow Minister for Civil Society), Stuart Andrew (Conservative's Minister for Civil Society), Stephen Ashfield (Green party candidate for Easington), Ellen Forson (Leader of Clackmannanshire Council and SNP charities spokesperson) and Angus MacDonald (Democrats’ candidate for Inverness, Sky and West Ross-shire).
