Here’s our latest lockdown clip.
We’re continuing with Sensei Gareth’s theme & looking at ways to turn our opponent over when they are lying flat. This technique is particularly useful after you have thrown your opponent & they have managed to roll onto their front, immediately follow them down & attack that elbow!
Put the duvet on the floor and get mum / dad to lie down for you, then give it a go 🥋👍
