A 75-make, on the move shooting workout you can do without a rebounder or passer. This workout will help you get better at shooting while moving out of a variety of off-ball actions. Improve your footwork and balance when shooting on the move. Also good for conditioning.
Here's the workout:
1. Corner to Corner - 5 makes each spot (10 total)
2. Corner to Wing Curl, Backpedal to Opp. Corner - 5 makes each spot. Switch sides and same thing (20 total)
3. Wing Pop-out - 5 makes each wing (10 total)
4. Top to Slot Side Step - 5 makes each way (10 total)
5. Zipper Cut To Top - 5 makes each way (10 total)
6. Transition 3's - wing x5, top x5, wing x5 - (15 total)
=75 makes
Bonus: Make 25 free throws at the end
