The GTA character creator is very limited to create most in-game characters. This character isn't meant to look exactly like Molly, I know she doesn't look exactly accurate but I did my best given the limited options in the character creator. All characters look different in game vs how they look in creator.
This video was a request to show how to create a Molly Schultz lookalike character in GTA Online.
