💍 Andariel's Cold Touch: Frozen Orb Sorc Nightmare & Hell Farm (WSS & Essences!) | PD2 S12

Welcome back to Project Diablo 2 Season 12, "The Suffering!" My Frozen Orb Sorceress is thriving, and today's video focuses on a classic, reliable source of gear and currency: Andariel runs! We're hitting both Nightmare and Hell difficulty, and thanks to the Corrupted Zone rotation, the Catacombs are sweeter than ever.

Andariel is a fantastic target for a pure Cold Sorceress. The path through the Catacombs is famously light on Cold Immune monsters, allowing us to teleport directly to her and clear the way with maximum efficiency. She has an excellent chance to drop Unique Jewelry, which is a huge potential upgrade for the early game. While that coveted SoJ or Mara's Kaleidoscope hasn't dropped yet, the runs have been anything but fruitless!

Crucially, when the Catacombs become a Corrupted Zone, the entire area level scales up, which dramatically increases the chance for high-quality drops, including the much-needed Worldstone Shards (WSS) and, more importantly for today's run, the Twisted Essence of Suffering!

The Twisted Essence of Suffering is a vital resource in PD2. Four different Essences combine to form a Token of Absolution, which is used to completely reset your character's Skill and Stat points. Collecting these Essences now is essential for future planning, giving me the flexibility to transition my Sorceress into a more powerful late-game build once I acquire the necessary gear. Watch as I tear through the Catacombs, collecting these valuable resources, and planning for the inevitable gear switch!
