It all started so well. After a great night at Cape Clear we started out for the Cabot Trail. After briefly getting lost on some woods roads we had breakfast at the Belle View Restaurant. Everything was great until we were just East of Pleasant Bay. The weather took a turn for the worst. We were in some heavy rain that was not letting up. After hiding out at a church shelter in Dingwall we made the decision to head back towards Cheticamp to look for a motel for the night to dry out. After not having any luck finding a hotel we just headed for home.
