English: It was round 2 of the Rotax Cup at Circuit de l'Indre at the weekend and it was eventful! Out of 12 drivers in total, I was fastest in the practice session and then second fastest in qualifying. It began to rain during the qualifying session and was raining very heavily for the pre-final, which is the race in this video. In the pre-final I started in P2 and had a great launch, so I took the lead on the first turn and kept it until the flag, securing myself the victory. Then in the final race it all fell to pieces - another driver hit me and sent me into the grass on the first lap so I had to rejoin in last position. I managed to climb back up to P5 but another driver hit me again causing me to spin around and face the wrong way. Then I managed to catch back up and keep P5 for the finish. It was a shame as I felt like I had the pace to win the final or at least finish on the podium, but there were too many accidents! Another great morning on the track though, with one more win during the first race.

Français: C'était la deuxième manche de la Rotax Cup sur le Circuit de l'Indre ce week-end, et ce fut riche en événements ! Sur 12 pilotes au total, j'ai été le plus rapide aux essais libres, puis deuxième en qualifications. La pluie s'est mise à tomber pendant les qualifications et il pleuvait très fort pour la pré-finale, la course présentée dans cette vidéo. Parti deuxième, j'ai réalisé un excellent départ, ce qui m'a permis de prendre la tête dès le premier virage et de la conserver jusqu'au drapeau à damier, m'assurant ainsi la victoire. Puis, dans la dernière course, tout a basculé : un autre pilote m'a percuté et m'a envoyé dans l'herbe dès le premier tour, me forçant à repartir en dernière position. J'ai réussi à remonter en cinquième position, mais un autre pilote m'a percuté à nouveau, me faisant faire un tête-à-queue et me faisant tourner dans la mauvaise direction. J'ai ensuite réussi à revenir et à conserver la cinquième place jusqu'à l'arrivée. C'était dommage, car je pensais avoir le rythme pour remporter la finale ou au moins monter sur le podium, mais il y a eu trop d'accidents ! Une autre belle matinée en piste, avec une victoire de plus lors de la première course.
