Teaching isn’t just hard — it’s soul work.
And in 2021, as the world was finally opening back up after the pandemic, soul work felt heavier than ever — especially for Black and Brown educators who had been carrying their communities through crisis, isolation, and uncertainty.
That’s the context in which Amplify, in collaboration with I2F, came to life.
A space designed for educators to reconnect, exhale, celebrate themselves, and rediscover the joy and community that had been missing for so long.
Our role was to capture that energy — the healing, the laughter, the reflection, the liberation that filled the room as people came together again.
And the ROI?
Not just a recap video — but:
