Kayaba PSVL2-36CG 2 Hydraulic Pump Strip, Clean and Rebuild process.
This unit arrived with us as customer reported "Engine pull down". On stripping the unit we identified the swash support was badly cavitated and the actuator piston had collapsed. This resulted in incorrect operation of the swash which lead to the poor performance of the hydraulic pump. Therefore, we replaced all damaged/ worn parts, lapped the cylinder block and valve plate back to 100% contact and replaced all bearing and seals as standard.
Unit now back on the machine working and issued with 12 months written warranty.
