CALAX RIVERPARK INTERCHANGE ACCESS ROAD
A new east–west access road is currently under construction, connecting Arnaldo Highway and Governor Ferrer Drive. This road will serve as the primary access route to the upcoming CALAX Riverpark Interchange, located between the Governor’s Drive Interchange and the Open Canal Interchange—resulting in three CALAX interchanges within the City of General Trias.
The access road will also connect to Mayor’s Drive, another east–west corridor that links Arnaldo Highway and Governor Ferrer Drive, serving as an alternative to the Daang Hari Extension. Once completed, it will provide residents of the barangays of Santiago, San Francisco, Buenavista, and Pasong Kawayan with more direct access to the CALAX Interchange without the need to pass through other entry points.
The CALAX Riverpark Interchange will play a vital role in supporting the future development of Riverpark South, a master-planned district envisioned to feature a central business district, industrial parks, high-density residential communities, and a theme park—further positioning General Trias as a key growth hub in Cavite.
