This is a video from the test of our dual conveyor fryer - table top modular fryer. In this video we use a combination of a basic fryer model and an "upper pressure conveyor" module - this combination is designed for frying food containing a large amount of water and that will float in the oil. The top pressure conveyor forces product under the oil level and holds it, allowing you to evenly fry nuggets, burger meat, french fries or country potatoes, meatballs and many other products.
The speed of movement of both conveyors is synchronized, so the product is carefully and accurately moved along the entire length of the working area for unloading.
