Sorry for the delay in getting out new content, but we have been hard at work putting together and performing Audi R8 manual conversions.

RKX is proud to announce that we are now scheduling and performing gated 6 speed manual conversion at our headquarters in Pleasant Grove Utah. We can convert the 2008 - 2012 (first generation) Audi R8 V10 and V8 that were originally equipped with the R-Tronic automatic transmission to the coveted gated 6 speed.

This conversion uses virtually all new OEM Audi parts making the final product almost indistinguishable from a factory installed 6 speed transmission. We also offer the option of other services and repairs for your R8 while in our possession.

For customers that are not local we can help schedule shipping of your vehicle to and from our facility to make the conversion as easy as possible. Complementary airport shuttle service is available for those wishing to fly in and pick their vehicle up in person.

The conversion process takes approximately 2 weeks from the time we begin work. We only convert one R8 at a time so you can be assured that your vehicle has our undivided attention while in our possession.

For those that wish to preform this conversion themselves we have a DIY kit. Please note that this kit requires a vast knowledge of not only R8 service, but general auto service. This is something best suited for a euro specialized shop or somebody that is comfortable with all aspects of automotive repair. No fabrication skills are required.
