It all began in 1994 when a young dad named Jamey Jasta started a hardcore band out of Bridgeport, Connecticut, with one goal — to build a future for his daughter.
Fast forward to Satisfaction Is the Death of Desire in 1997, and Hatebreed became a hardcore landmark, with that debut becoming the best-selling first release in Victory Records history.
What followed was a career full of relentless albums, insane tours with Slipknot, Slayer, Deftones, and more — all while keeping their intensity completely intact.
Jasta called it “an adrenaline-charged onslaught,” and honestly? That still checks out.
