Inspected all 4 hives, sensors show outside temp 60, inside hive 88. 14 Feb, began feeding 1to1 sugar/water with HiveAlive feed enhancer w/seaweed and pollen patties to stimulate queen to lay. Trees providing early pollen and nectar. Horizontal hive is a resource hive and not used in honey production. Removed full honey frames to make space. They will be frozen until fall then placed back into all hives for winter survival.
