This is service I provided to hundreds of our customers for years at no charge. Usually happens when the customers were loading film. That being said, some FE2 and FM2 series cameras can have a shutter issue that requires a repair or shutter replacement. Symptoms the FM, FM2 series camera will have, mirror is up, wind lever can't be operated, speed setting doesn't matter. For the FE, FE2 series camera will have, mirror is up, wind lever can't be operated, mirror doesn't drop when speed setting is set to M90 or "B" on FE, for FE2 M250 or "B".
