XP Deus II (2) Multi-frequencies, which are used and why on each programe - True MF?

Controversial... but why are there so many different programs on the Deus 2? General, sensitive, deep HC... all have a purpose, and all have a different mix of frequencies to create the perfect program for what you're hunting. I've been asked, if its multi-frequency, why can't 1 programe do deep and sensitive? Its sooooo confusing, and my head hurts. Conclusion at the end.
