Automatic Sorting & Orientation
Equipped with a rotating sorting drum, vibrating feeder, or mechanical guide mechanism, the machine automatically separates stacked or randomly placed empty bottles, and adjusts them to a unified direction (usually bottle mouth upward) that meets the requirements of downstream equipment. It effectively avoids manual sorting errors and improves line continuity.
Stable Conveying & Bottle Protection
The integrated precision conveyor belt system transports sorted bottles steadily to the next process with adjustable speed. The contact parts are designed with smooth, wear-resistant materials to minimize bottle scratches or deformation, especially suitable for fragile containers like glass bottles and thin-walled plastic bottles.
Flexible Bottle Type Adaptation
With adjustable guide rails, bottle separators, and quick-change parts, the machine can be easily reconfigured to fit different bottle specifications—including round, square, oval, and special-shaped bottles—with diameters ranging from Φ30mm to Φ120mm and heights from 50mm to 300mm. No complex mechanical modifications are required for bottle type switching, saving production preparation time.
