There's new rideable ghasts in Minecraft. The recent Minecraft Live revealed the Dried Ghast, which is a new block found in the Nether. If you bring it to the overworld and put it in water, it will eventually turn into a Ghastling. You can speed up its grow up process by feeding it snowballs, and it will turn into a Happy Ghast, which is a rideable mob that lets you fly in survival mode.
