Day 9 of Claiming Our Fitness Identity Outside Workout. Today is interesting as we have baseball today followed by our upright Rose with a barbell for as much weight as you can do until it becomes difficult by your 10th set that will be warming up for us to then switch to heavy farm rows for heavy farm Rose. We'll be doing a weight that is very difficult to do up to about five to eight reps for our 10 sets. So then go ahead and hit 10x10 on those farm rows. Once that is finished, we can then guess what you know. We can move to our fitness dailies including 5 minutes of planks, 300 side crunches with a barbell and are 10 sets of pull-ups at your benchmark
