This is a beautiful, single-story rural dwelling (or bungalow) nestled at the base of dramatic, towering mountains. The architectural design exhibits a contemporary take on a traditional aesthetic, featuring a clean, white façade and a dark tiled hip roof. Warmth is introduced through the extensive use of natural wood cladding on the gables and around the entrance and window trims.

The structure emphasizes integration with its environment through large glazing units (sliding glass doors) that connect the interior living space to a raised wooden deck. The approach to the house features a meticulously designed multi-tiered landscape architecture. The entrance pathway is defined by large, square stepping stones and low, concrete planters filled with colorful flowers, leading up to a spacious, paved courtyard. The overall building typology is a peaceful, secluded retreat that prioritizes natural materials and an open feel, making the stunning mountainous backdrop an integral part of the design.
