Today, on International Women's Day, we celebrate the incredible achievements of women around the world and renew our commitment to gender equality. This year's theme is "DigitALL: Innovation and technology for gender equality."

Technology has transformed our lives in countless ways, from communication to commerce, from education to entertainment. But it has also created new challenges and inequalities, particularly for women. Women are underrepresented in technology fields, and they often face harassment and discrimination online.

At the same time, technology also presents an enormous opportunity to advance gender equality. By harnessing the power of innovation, we can create new tools and platforms that empower women and promote their equal participation in all areas of society.

We can use technology to connect women with information, resources, and opportunities, regardless of their location or background. We can develop new tools that address the unique challenges faced by women, from safety concerns to caregiving responsibilities. And we can use data and analytics to identify and address gender biases in everything from hiring, food to healthcare.

But we cannot achieve this vision of technology for gender equality without the full participation of women themselves. We must empower women to become leaders and innovators in the technology industry and beyond. We must support girls and young women to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering, and math. And we must ensure that women's perspectives and experiences are reflected in the design and development of new technologies.

So let us come together today to celebrate the power of technology to drive gender equality. Let us commit to using innovation and technology to empower women and build a more just and equitable world for all.
