Hello future Disney Cast Members!!! Are you struggling trying to figure out which role in the Disney College Program will be right for you? I split up each role into five different categories based on your most dominant personality trait in the workplace. Are you responsible, patient, bubbly, dependable, or more independent and reserved? Maybe you're a little bit of all of these things! Maybe you are very patient, but you prefer to keep to yourself. You will find the role that's right for you!
