A quick view of and underwater scooter excursion in Roatan, Honduras. This one was offered on the NCL Dawn. The scooter is called a "BOSS", Breathing Observation Submersible Scooter, a little electrical one person scooter. It was really easy to operate and puts you right there underwater and over the reef, a lot of fun!
