Update : I apologized I used 1 cup of unsalted butter to make the icing not 2 cups as it says on the video. But you may used 2 cups for thicker icing if you like.

Meringue
7 egg whites
1/2 cashew
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cream of tartar
If you don't have cream of tartar you may use
1 tbsp vinegar - add this after you added the vanilla extract
4 tbsp cornstarch - mix this with the cashew and put in the Meringue and fold
Make it at least 2 cm thick round after you flatten the top of the Meringue on the baking pan with
parchment paper or silicon baking sheets.
You don't have to make 4 little sans rival just Like I did on the video and use all the Meringue for the cake. The reasons behind the 4 little Meringues is to show that you can make one like Silvanas or a bite size if you decided to bring it to a potluck.
Butter Cream
I apologized I used 1 cup of unsalted butter not 2 cups as it says on the video
1-2 cups unsalted butter - depends on how much icing you like on the cake
1/2 to 3/4 cups sifted powder sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1-3 tbsp milk or heavy cream
Used 2 Tbsp heavy cream if you decide to used 2 cups of butter unsalted butter

Save another 1 cup Lightly crushed Cashew to sprinkle around the cake
Baked for 30-40 min 310 F or for thicker meringue and crunchier baked for 2 hrs in 280F or until meringue turn the color to brown and cruchy
