Is Call of Duty Better Without Tactical Sprint?

With the recent introduction of the All-Terrain Boots in Modern Warfare III, it's given us a peak at what modern Call of Duty could play like without Tactical Sprint (while also compensating with a faster regular sprint speed) and I've been enjoying how it plays a lot. Today, I wanted to have a discussion about whether or not CoD could play better if they were to eliminate Tac Sprint and build these boots in for everyone. What are your thoughts on Tactial Sprint in CoD? Do you think it would be fine to remove it as long as base sprint speeds are made faster?
