Join Ziggy and I for a beautiful route at Kalamalka Lake Park in Coldstream BC Canada.
Move at your own pace, your own activity and hit the lookouts to celebrate the 30 and 60 minute marks.
We do stop on occasion to manage canine needs; however you can carry on at your own intensity level or take a couple minutes of gratitude & zen with us during stops.
This video is associated with the site https://wetwomen.myshopify.com/ where we strive to socialize and support active women through providing resources to manage activity when wet with sweat &/or environment.

CANINE HEALTH
As mentioned in all videos my dog Ziggy is very fit, acclimatized and has his intensity controlled. He jogs 50 + km a week, I monitor his health in the field and provide cooling intervals in hot weather. Like us humans, dogs should not be taken from couch to overly active mode! Visit the website for more info & canine gear.
Canine heat stroke: can be deadly to your dog! Understand the risks to your individual dog before you exercise them in the heat.
