Cook County LIHEAP – Applications open Oct. 1 for households with seniors, children under 6, people with disabilities, or urgent utility needs. Others can apply starting Nov. 1. The program offers help with heating bills, furnace repairs, and new monthly utility discounts starting in 2026.
