Join Lois Tomaszewski, Ruthmere's Grants Coordinator, as she presents a Gallery Talk called "Yes, Virginia, There is a Santa Claus: How Newspapers Influenced Culture." Learn about the letter that little 8-year-old Virginia O'Hanlon wrote to The Sun newspaper asking whether or not Santa was real in 1897, along with other major moments in newspapers that affected our culture.
This Gallery Talk was presented at Ruthmere on Tuesday, December 5th, 2023.
