My idea of putting new grease inside a metal shielded dried out ball bearing.
I later found out that gasoline works better than acetone as a cleaning agent, just remember to leave the ball bearing for a day or two so that the gasoline evaporates before you inject with grease.
I think i get all the shavings out since the drillbit is magnetized.
