Apple released iOS 10.3 Beta 4 on February 27th 2017.
iOS 10.3 Public Beta 4 was released the day after February 28th 2017 and is of the same build as the developer beta.
It was a pretty large update up to 460MB in size.
Most important it still comes with a bunch of new
features to name a few :
New APFS file system, Find my AirPods, Apple ID
Profile in the settings App, iCloud calls for Verizon
among other things.
iOS 10.3 Beta 3 comes with build # 14E5260b
