On a calm day the South Pacific ocean invited us to enjoy a brief moment with the Dusky Dolphins in New Zealand's Kaikoura. The depth there was about 300 mt. but just a few hundred meters out the Kaikoura canyon would have dropped to beyond 2000 meters. These unique dolphins felt like joining our strange group of intruders for a while and took off.
Filmed South of Kaikoura NZ with "dolphin encounters" a very organized, professional dolphin encounter operator.
