Ratchet & Clank Ranger Rumble - How to Play at 4K With a Controller on PC

A lot of people have been wanting a PC port of the New Multiplayer Ratchet & Clank so that they can play on a big screen at 4K with Controller Support. While there doesn't appear to be any plans to port the game, there is a way to do this!
