Today, I traveled north to Tulamben to explore a city that is known for having the best scuba diving in Bali! This video shows day 1&2 of my PADI Open Water Diver Certification which I completed at Palm Springs Bali Dive Resort. My stay here was nothing short of wonderful and continued to get better with each day! :)
