Mitski's Cowboy Phase | Deep dive

Hey everyone been working on this vid for a long time. its the longest stuff ive made and i go in depth of every song on this fabulous album by mitski. Im gonna be honest I wasnt a much of a mitski fan. I did like her and some of her songs but didnt have anything on repeat. Now after listening to this album and taking so much time to break it down, I will be listening to a lot of mitski. I wouldnt call this deep-dive an outsider's prespective because Im familiar some songs from Retired from Sad, New Career in Business and other popular ones. But I was not an avid mitski listener. Im gonna be honest I asked Chatgpt to suggest me some albums to deep dive. I was thinking folklore by taylor swift or some tyler the creator album but why not go for something unique. Chatgpt suggested this album and I thought maybe I'd do deep dive on Retired from Sad, New Career in Business but after giving this album a shot I am happy I stuck with this. For like a week I was only jamming to this album (partly because I was preparing for the video but mostly because its a nice album) Anyway Ive worked like a hundred hours in this, listening, analyzing, researching, making points, writing the script, filming, editing. Honestly so much work went into this. And while its not the best I couldve done I have certainly worked really hard on this. I know there is a high chance not many people will see it and thats fine. I am happy with what Ive created and it was fun making it.

Be the cowboy is honestly more vibes than coherency. Songs connect with one another at times and at times just dont. But thats the beauty of an album that potreys life itself. Beautiful album. Fantano gave it a 5 to a light 6 like its atleast a 8. dont compare it to her other works just this album on its own is a really nice piece of art.
