This is a PoliceOracle.com video montage of the Portsmouth and Southampton football match at Fratton Park, Portsmouth in December 2011. This was the first time Hampshire Constabulary employed the use of 'The Swansea Bubble' tactic of managing the Away supporters arrival and egress. This video was filmed and edited by James Deller.
