WEC 6H of Imola 2025 - 🏆 #51 Ferrari 499p LMH Hypercar Winner! - Giovinazzi/Calado/Pier Guidi

Finally, the Ferrari 499p LMH Hypercar triumphed by winning the 6 Hours of Imola 2025 with the number 51 car. The Italian-English crew, comprising Antonio Giovinazzi, Alessandro Pier Guidi, and James Calado, consistently demonstrated their speed throughout the weekend and deserved the victory. With about 2 hours to go in the race on Sunday, the entry of the Safety Car disrupted the plans of the Ferrari Team. Despite frequent changes in the lead of the standings, the strategy, consistency and speed of the drivers and the car allowed the team to rejoin first place and maintain it until the finish line. Second place for the BMW M LMDh number #20 of Van Der Linde/Rast/Frijns from Team WRT, only 8.490 seconds behind, and third place for the Alpine A424 LMDh number 36 driven by Schumacher/Gounon/Makowiecki. The 499p is built with a carbon fibre monocoque. It features the Ferrari Tipo F163 engine, a 3.0-litre twin-turbo 120° V6, combined with a 272 HP electric motor, for a total of 500 kw, equivalent to 680 HP, as limited by regulation. It adopts a 7-speed Xtrac sequential mechanical gearbox. Enjoy! 😉

Finalmente la Ferrari 499P LMH Hypercar ha trionfato aggiudicandosi la gara WEC 6H di Imola 2025 con la vettura numero 51. L'equipaggio italo-inglese formato da Antonio Giovinazzi, Alessandro Pier Guidi e James Calado ha dimostrato di essere sempre stato veloce per tutto il weekend meritando la vittoria. Quando mancavano circa 2 ore dalla fine della gara di Domenica, l'entrata in pista della Safety Car ha scompigliato i piani del Team Ferrari e nonostante frequenti cambi al comando della classifica, la strategia, la costanza e la velocità dei piloti e dell'auto hanno permesso al team di riagganciare il primo posto e mantenerlo fino al traguardo. Secondo posto per la BMW M LMDh numero #20 di Van Der Linde/Rast/Frijns dal Team WRTdistaccati di soli 8.490 secondi e terzo gradino del podio per l'Alpine A424 LMDh numero 36 guidata da Schumacher/Gounon/Makowiecki. La 499P è costruita con una monoscocca in fibra di carbonio ed utilizza il motore Ferrari Tipo F163, si tratta di un V6 a 120° biturbo da 3.0-Litri + motore elettrico da 272 Hp per un totale di 500 KW equivalenti a 680 Hp limitati come da regolamento. Adotta un cambio meccanico sequenziale Xtrac a 7 rapporti. Buona visione! 😉
