Maestro CV: From classic single-seed to fine seeds! // Von klassischer Einzelkornsaat bis zu Feinsämereien!

↪️ To do this, simply insert the metering disc for rapeseed and the orange ejectionprint wheel &, in the case of the AirVac metering unit, also install the fine seed scraper. For fine seed seeding, it is recommended to install grinding skids between the two disc blades in order to optimally shape the sowing slot for targeted seed placement in the V-shaped sowing slot.

👉️ With a 3 000 l fertiliser hopper, the additional small row containers specially designed for rapeseed, with 18 rows and possible row widths of 45 or 50, you are ready to go.

When and why sow rapeseed with single grains seeding? What are the advantages?

↪️ In dry conditions, the ‘heavy’ row bodies ensure even depth control and reconsolidation, allowing the seed to be deposited in the moist horizon. ⚠️ In wet conditions, the weight can cause compaction.

On top of that, the #maestrocv can be equipped for perfect emergence with:

▫️ Clod scrapers: removeClod removers: Clear away the top layer of the soil for optimal contact with the soil water

▫️ V-press wheels: ensure consolidation at the edge of the seed furrow
→ Depending on the conditions, there are different wheels available for the Maestro: finger wheels, spike press wheels, rubber closing wheels or profiled wheels for fine seeds such as rapeseed.

🇩🇪 Die Maestro CV ist nicht nur – wie hier im Video – für die Frühjahrsaussaat geeignet, sondern lässt sich in nur wenigen Schritten auch für Feinsämereien wie Raps umrüsten:

↪️ Dafür einfach die Dosierscheibe für Raps und das orange Ausdrückrad einsetzen & beim AirVac Dosierer zusätzlich die Feinsämereien Abstreifer einbauen. Empfohlen wird, für die Feinsämereien-Aussaat Schleifkufen zwischen die beiden Sechscheiben zu montieren um den Säschlitz für die gezielte Saatgutablage in den V-Saatschlitz optimal zu formen

👉️ Mit einem Düngertank mit l, den zusätzlichen kleinen Reihenbehältern speziell für Rapssaatgut, mit 18 Reihen und möglichen Reihenweiten von 45 oder 50 kann es dann auch schon losgehen.

Wann und warum überhaupt Raps in Einzelkornsaat!? Was können Vorteile sein:

↪️ Bei trockenen Bedingungen wird durch die "schweren" Reihenkörper eine gleichmäßige Tiefenführung und Rückverfästigung erzielt wodurch das Saatgut in den feuchten Horizont abgelegt werden kann. ⚠️ Bei nassen Bedingungen kann es durch das Gewicht zu Verdichtungen kommen.

On top kann die #maestrocv für den perfekten Feldaufgang ausgestattet werden mit:

▫️ Klutenräumer: oberste Bodenschicht weg für optimalen Kontakt zum Bodenwasser

▫️ V-Druckrollen: für Rückverfestigung am Rand der Saatrille
→ Je nach Bedingung gibt es für die Maestro unterschiedliche Rollen: Fingerrolle, Stacheldruckrolle, Gummi-Schließrolle oder profilierte Rolle für z.B. Feinsaaten wie Raps

▫️Fangrollen: "fixieren" das Saatgut in der Saatrille und schaffen Anschluss an Kapillarität
→ Können bei sehr nassen Bedingungen ausgehoben oder durch Uniformer ersetzt werden
